New! – The Boiler Book September 2022

For many years we have printed our boiler pricing and offers in our Pricebusters catalogue.

However, this autumn we have made the decision to split this out into its own publication ‘The

Boiler Book’. During 2022 we have experienced significant manufacturer price increases and

have absorbed many of these costs into our business. It is still our ambition to hold our prices

from September to December, but with the unpredictability of further manufacturer increases

we must make provisions to react if required.

If you have not received The Boiler Book in the post, you can access it in the same way as the Pricebusters catalogue on our website, (see above) or grab one when you’re next at your local Trade Counter.

Our commitment to our customers:

1. Clarity - The price that is printed in the most current version of the Boiler Book is the price

you pay. If we do need to pass on an increase we will print a new issue so you can have faith

and clarity when pricing.

2. Protection - Any increase will be advised at least 30 days before it is implemented. If you

have a specific job that you are quoting for and you place it on a quote with Williams, we will

honour the price for 30 days from that date.

The next Boiler Book is due out on Monday 3rd October, which will supersede the current September issue.
